Enrollment Information

The Early View Academy of Excellence is a private, K-12 Christian School that participates in the Milwaukee Parental CHOICE Program.

CHOICE Enrollment Period

The DPI Private School Choice Program application opens for the following school year annually on February 1 and is open through the 20th of each month through August.

For the Spring semester, the application opens on December 1 and is open through the first Friday of January.

All parents (returning and new) must apply every year! 

CHOICE Applicants

There is no tuition charge for an eligible CHOICE Scholar in grades kindergarten through 12th grade.

However, the Academy may, in addition to the state aid payment it receives, charge a CHOICE Scholar tuition in an amount
determined by the Academy if both of the following apply: (a) the scholar is in grades 9 through 12; and
(b) the family income of the scholar exceeds 220% of the federal poverty level.

Basic Choice Enrollment Process:

1. Log in (using your login information from the previous year or create a new account) and complete the DPI Private School Choice Program Application by clicking this link:  Click Here To Apply

2. Submit your residency verification documentation and/or income verification documentation
to Early View Academy (you can email these to aparchia@earlyviewk12.org).

3. Once your residency and/or income documentation is verified by EVAE,
you will receive email confirmations from EVAE with instructions and next steps which include
completing our child’s PowerSchool Registration form (you will receive a link from us) and attending Parent Orientation.

4. Once ALL of the above has been completed, you will receive an acceptance letter (via email) and a start date.
